Herman Jungerhans

Herman is a franchise specialist with over 29 years’ experience, the driving force behind the collective at The Franchise Guys. He advises companies on how to franchise through his consultancy business – CJ Consultants UK. Herman gets involved from concept to launch and will support you through the full franchise journey. He has International experience and a proven track record in growing businesses and franchising companies. Fluent German, mother tongue English
Ian Wood
Property Expert
Ian has worked in the property industry for over a decade, with experience in both residential and commercial property. He has extensive knowledge in looking for the perfect location for your business, taking into account many factors to ensure the business can succeed. As a business owner himself he fully understands what it takes to drive a business forward and the stresses that come with it. He is also a franchise partner to Oliver Landon commercial property experts.
Stewart Margolis
Operations & Property Expert
Stewart Margolis brings over three decades of experience to The Franchise Guys. He was the Property Director for the Business Design Centre Group, overseeing and managing a £150m portfolio, working with leading brands in the design and architectural world. Stewart, also set up and managed the BDC’s service office platform and was on the Board of Directors of the BCA. In 2017 Stewart joined the boutique commercial agency Copping Joyce, heading up their Agency and Development Departments. In 2020, Stewart set up his own company, working alongside developers, funds, property companies, family office, landlords, bespoke clients and specializing in creating retail / leisure destinations and improving the offer to both local communities, visitors, tenants and landlords.
Barry St John
Property expert
Barry has been in the Property industry for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience and contacts to The Franchise Guys. In his time he has dealt with all aspects of the industry including residential, lettings, investment and even a time in auctions. But the commercial market is his speciality these days. He understands the requirements and needs of all of his clients, taking time to get to know all facets of their businesses. Currently he works on operations teams and has successfully found the ideal locations for the companies he deals with. Over the years he has developed excellent relationships with some of the UK’s largest landlords including Westfield, Hammersons, Canary Wharf , Land Sec and The Duchy of Lancaster to name but a few.
Jenine Ward
Operations
Jenine has over 27 years experience working within the recruitment industry. Managing multiple business units, across several locations and industry sectors. Most recently was the Managing Director of a creative agency, based in London. CIPD qualified in organisational coaching and passionate about delivering a high level of customer service. She is involved in all aspects of operations including business development and marketing. Jenine will be the person who initially assists you when you make your enquiry to start your franchise journey.
